I come to Social at least once a week, and they never disappoint!! The staff is always incredibly friendly. Their espresso is very smooth and tasty, which makes their lattes so good!! The lemon poppyseed muffin is a must. Social is my go-to coffee shop in wilmington.
Being in the coffee business I am always on the lookout for a great coffee shop while traveling. Well I found one. Inside was clean, beans roasted well and the barista was on point. My drink was made perfectly! One of the best I’ve had in a while. Texture, flavor, and foam was textbook for latte art.
I'll never be able to say enough good things about Social! The staff is always so welcoming and happy to chat about the newest menu items. I'm clearly a cappuccino regular but I love the variety of fun and locally focused options they have! And, they're big on supporting local bakers (such as Cakabakery!!), designers, creatives, etc. It's also a fantastic place to work or study from. The atmosphere is quiet enough to focus with perfect ambiance and music playing - love you guys and so happy for such a wonderful little local spot!
The perfect place in Wilm to work remote or study! The staff wasn’t super outgoing but everyone there was quiet/working so maybe that’s the vibe. I ordered the ghost rider with oatmilk and it was 10/10!

Social is leading the local coffees in Wilmington. Their seasonal/rotating menu of drinks are out of control. Their regular menu has amazing choices too! The Local, Daydreamer, and Saltwater Cowboy are must-tries. The staff is always friendly. We make it a point to go every week! My only complaint is they are closed Sunday and I would love a location closer to midtown/MJ/Pine Valley, because I CANNOT GET ENOUGH!! 3
This is the perfect place if you want to drink really great coffee and get some work done on the computer or just hang out in a very relaxing nice social environment. The name social coffee is perfect. I got an iced sugar free vanilla Latte. It was delicious. They also have stacks like muffins and even premade wraps. If you like getting merch from your favorite spots they offer their own. The T-shirt I checked out felt really nice. There is a big parking lot in the back and a couple spots including a handicap spot in the front. This is a must try if you are visiting or live in the area.
Took my first bike ride while visiting Wrightsville Beach and found this hidden gem. It was a great rest stop to enjoy a nice sip of coffee pairing with delicious bakery. Friendly staffs. And super pet-friendly!!
